i know this is not very helpfull, but you will need the instruction manual for this - it is not that easy the first time round. the code should be printed on a label on the old module so don't thow it away. code is 16 digits long from memory
Hello Russell999 try going to www.bosch-ed.com this is the Spain Bosch web site. There you will find a link for spare parts. This will take you to the quick finder site. The instructional manuals are there for down loading in a PDF format. You will need the complete model number to find this manual. If this doesn't work try the British web site www.boschappliances.co.uk Hope this helps
In due course they will land up in your outlet filter. It wuold be good to check all pockets, etc before loading the laundry into the machine.......I am talking about your washer; no comments about the dryer.
Here is the link for a manual for your washer/dryer if you need it;
sounds like the heating element has failed, or just possibly the thermostat for the hot air. follow this link for a list of spares if you want to try it yourself, or for bosch repair centre details if not.
ask if you want to do it yourself for any guidance you need.
Hope this helps :)
