I solved my problem by pressing fn+esc at the time of sarting easycapture. it gives us the option to download few neccessory things and after downloading the option torestart the laptop. after that camera start working.
hello nisha ! switch on your laptop and go to its setup and set it to load optimal defaults. then save and exit. after that your system reboots. press f8 and go to the command line in safe mode. There check all the keys if they are working or not. If they work then there is some problem with your windows. and if they wont work then there is some hardware problem. Do this and let me know. my email id is email@example.com
hi! ive tried to check if there is an available camera driver for y410 for xp but unfortunately there's none, there is for vista. usually for lenovo you have to press Fn+esc for camera. hope this helps! goodluck!
Probably has corrupt driver.
Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall
the software program. When the program asks you to connect the
camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
