Question about Frymaster Dean H17-SC Deep Fryer
Where exactly is your thermostat tube located?

Make sure the t'stat is located properly. If it is too low in the vat, it will not read correctly. At the bottom of the vat, it can be as much as 150 degrees cooler than the top or more. Especially if the the t stat is below the burner, it will not read correctly.
