Additional services such as Skype voicemail need to be added from your computer to your Skype account. Once these services are added your Skype Phone will reflect these the next time you connect to Skype using the Skype phone.
In order to add these addtional services visit www.skype.com, sign in to your account (using the sign in option located in the top of your web browser). Once signed in you will see information relating to your account. Here you will find links to add addtional services, such as voicemail which you can purchase and use with your Skype account. All these services can be used on your PC and your Skype phone.
I had a WIndows vista incompatible driver so downloaded a new driver from Philips.com and followed the instructions and whoopdiwoo it all seems to work EXCEPT that people I am calling can't hear me so I am not 100% sure what microphone it should be set to. The download said default it to the systems mic and speakers but when I made a call it was defaulting to voip phone. So all in all solved one and all my contacts coming up and still one to solve! Also haven't a clue yet how to use it as a land line phone as well.
