Intermitent vibration noises when playing cds

Have a acer travelmate 420 notebook which makes a loud vibrating noise when playing music cds but not when viewing dvds. This happens intermittently and is not affected by whether the cd is old or new and does not repeat itself at the same point of play.

Hello,
This is normal for a Vibration to occur when playing CDS. You should not be alarmed with the vibration unless you hear a Scratching noise.

Why does my gas dryer make a loud vibration noise?

Hey friend, I appreciate your post!

I understand that your Electrolux gas dryer is making a loud vibration noise and is also loud while tumbling. There are several components in your dryer that could be causing this noise. Based off what you are describing it might be an issue with your suspension rollers, motor, or pulley. Since it could be any of these underlying issues I would suggest getting a technician out to diagnosis and repair your dryer. Hope this is helpful. - Matt

My fridge started getting really loud when it cycles on, and seems to have a vibration when running

If it ismaking a steady noise, the motor that runs the defrost timer may be making noise. I f the timer motor is making a loud noise, then you should replace the timer.Vibration noises are often caused by dishes or containers vibrate on a shelf inside.

C 270 cdi 2003 model. 1.It makes a whistilling noise when you are accelarating hard is like a turbo noise. 2. On two occassions it lost power and I could not accelarate. After stopping for about 2 hours...

ask a local mechanic to have a look for you as it could be a variety of issues ,the noise could be a loose air pipe on the inter cooler ,as for the vibration then this would require a mechanic to inspect the vehicle as too many probables here ,as for the cd player try a original cd as some players will not play home made cds the player is looking for the copyright on the cd and without this it will not play

Sony cyber-shot T90 is making noise and vibrating

The only motorized part I am aware of is the lens focusing mechanism. If it's making a noise loud enough to be heard and vibrating, it is most likely defective. I suggest sending it back to Sony for service if it is still under warranty.

Over time the plastic gears wear and this is usually the reason for the vibration. This is not a indication that the drive is going its just wear and tear. You might want to replace after a while.
Good luck

DVD tray makes noise when it rotates

This noise can be casued by two things:

1) The tray is not completely in the loaded position and the "clamper" is rubbing. Replace the loading belt and the loading sequence will complete and the noise should stop.

2) The "CD table" that is part of the spindle motor assembly has slipped a bit. This will make the CD/DVD ride too low and strike the lower tray support. This will require that the table be "re-aligned" to the proper height which may not be possible on your model without special measurement equipment. The height is critical to proper operation of the unit.

Try replacing the load belt first and report your results.

Thanks,
Dan

Ilo DVDR05 Vibration and loud humming noise

i experienced that problem before.one cause is the cd itself.there cd's that are too thick so the motor has hard time rotating that makes vibrating sound.the other ,don't put something over your unit.the cover is touching the holder of the cd and makes a sound.just do the necessary things to be done like don't put something on top your unit.if not, then a manual analysis of the tech is the last option.
