Question about Samsung SGH-D830 Cellular Phone
I have a Problem recently bought this mobile phone and some cheap memory from sandisk to plug into the phone for my mp3 music. but when i plug the card in and try and go to the memorycard's status or enter it is greytexted instead of white and says uknown format and the phone registers that it plugs in and out, but cant access it.
I feel like im missging something here but the handbook is really useless in helping out on this, is it possible that i have to invest in a bluetooth port to access it and find a software upgrade of some sort if so where do i find it and download it?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
