Question about Cyberhome CH-DVD 300 DVD Player
I cannot make the player come on. I have used the remote and the buttons on the Cyberhome but nothing happens. The.re is a CD in it placed in it about three weeks ago
I had the same problem, only the LED stayed light red/orange and nothing worked. With the unit unplugged, first try to manually eject the DVD by sliding the plastic tab in the slot on the bottom in the direction indicated by the arrow. Leave the tray extended and plug back in. Or, with the unit unplugged, press and hold the Eject button and then plug back in. If none of those work and the fuse is good, check this site: http://www.drx9000repair.netfirms.com/#Cyberhome%20CH%20300
Mine had a low 5V supply. I did the change to the PC board as shown on this site and added a ~90K resistor from ZD2 to U3 and viola it fixed the problem!!

Are you sure it is plugged to the mains?
Check the power cables to see if it has some cracks/bends.
if the above is incorrect - it might be that the internal fuse is blown - this needs a lab/technician to be fixed.
