This means a fuser error and usually requires replacement of the quartz lamp that provides heat. (The last stage before the paper comes out heats the toner and presses it into the paper.)

I have purchased a number of their repair kits and they are reasonably priced and the instructional materials very clear. If you can turn a screwdriver, you can probably get your printer running yourself.
