Curser will stop moving but red light will be on. Touchpad works still.

OMG I just fixed this like 20 min ago

Just take off the screw on the bottom of the mouse, and take the casing off. All you g2 do is re-arrange the clear plastic piece thats on the bottom so it fits properly, then replace the components, then re-screw, and voila!

Save yourself $10.... um... it will work liek a charm, but my feel a bit rickity after... the surgery.... but believe me, it will work like a charm (its like after heart surgery.... the body is fine but u still have a scar)

Having changed the batteries I can't get the computer to recognise the mouse or keyboard. Help!

I changed my batteries and the red light on the underside is on but the little round red light is not. The usb is in port with the green light on - but I can't get the mouse to move the curser. What else can i check?

Changed battery and now doesn't work. red light is on bottom of mouse, but curser won't move on screen

There is a reset button on both receiver and mouse you must reset every time you change batteries. Normally the receiver one first.

Mouse wont work

Replace the batteries; even if the batteries still work, if it is low on power, sometimes the mouse won't work.

Mouse direction

Dear Stephenson,

Please check the mouse's ball properly, and check for a to z, i mean, from top to bottom. Further, i am sure that it might got damage, please check the cursor's moment, wireline from mouse to cpu, ball rotation etc. you will get a solution, if you set right the ball, wire line, etc.

Thank you for contacting fixya team.

Warm regards.

Problem pairing wireless mouse to reciever

HI ALL, Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 st1:*{behavior:url(#ieooui) } /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} I think you are facing pairing problem, solution is here, First of all please understand ‘what is pairing’ Pairing is the process of coordinating your mouse's transmitter with your mouse's receiver. It requires both parts to operate on the same frequencies, usually by using the same identification code. Pairing takes place to try to eliminate interference. Some devices automatically pair both devices at start up; others need to be manually paired. Step 1. Plug in RF DONGLE into USB port, Step 2. Put the batteries in mouse (in right direction, see batteries. Direction symbols in the battery compartment +/- signs) and place the batteries. Cover, Now you can see the red light glowing on the bottom of the mouse, now your mouse is ready to pairing There is two buttons for pairing the mouse BUTTON 1 – this on the RF DONGLE, top/up side BUTTON 2 - this is at the bottom of the wireless mouse, NOTE- after pressing button-1, one time, your RF DONGLE will be ON SERCH MODE for 7 seconds, Step 3, now press BUTTON 1, one time, and move the mouse, if mouse curser is not moving then press BUTTON 2 one time – now defiantly your mouse will work, If you need any other technical support for GMAX, products please contact
