Question about Pitco Frialator 35CD Deep Fryer
Had deep clean in kitchen following this the fryer will noty stay alight particularly on a high temperature.
Also, does anyone have a contact number for an engineer for the fryer?
You may have gotten water in the gas inlets. You can dry it out quicker by placing a hair dryer in the pilot area and gas valves. Disconnect the gas line first of course. Do this for about 30-45 minutes and it should be O.K. Let me know how that does.
