I need the user manual for the TRUTECH, 20', Model #CR202TT9.
Telvision menu is in spanish and I can not get to English menu/version. Therefore, I have trouble connecting a DVD player to the television. There is black block on several of the station in the middle of the picture.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

I Googled "Curtis DVD manual" for a discontinued Curtis DVD player, just a few minutes ago, and instantly found site that let's you download manuals for free... maybe they'll have the one you need also.
Go here for the manual:
Back panel diagram is on page 7. Setup selections are menu driven. See page 10 for Initial Setup. Channel scan (after setting input to "Cable") should do most of the work for you.
You will have to fly blind a bit, but remember that the Spanish word for language is "idioma" and the Spanish word for English is "Ingles" - Here is a link to the user manual that will help you - Sansa does have a Spanish version of the manual if you want to compare. Eventually, you want to find this menu/setting:
This will reset the player to its original factory settings.
1. Press Menu to return to the Main Menu.
2. Move to Reset All and select it.
3. Select Save to reset to factory settings or Cancel to stop.
hey, unfortuntly i don't think the problem is with your dvd player but with your tv. I just searched the net because i'm on my second trutech tv that lost color. No matter where i plug it into, either the front or back composite connections i still have no color. I've tried multiple dvd players and even bought a converter so i could plug a dvd player into the coax connection. still a no go. horrible product
