I cant add or save any numbers in my contacts book on my iphone 4 since installing ios6

Android:

• From the call log, you can disable incoming calls from specific numbers.
• Select the number you want to block, then hit More or the 3-dot menu icon in the upper right corner and choose to Add to reject list.
• This will disable incoming calls from specific numbers.

iPhone:

1. To block someone already added to your iPhone's Contacts, go to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking and Identification > Block Contact.
2. To block a number that isn't saved as a contact in your phone, go to the Phone app > Recents.
3. Click the exclamation mark next to the number.
4. Scroll to the bottom and select Block this Caller.

u cant transfer it directly but u can transfer them to outlook and when u connect ur iphone to the pc u can choose to sync the contacts with outlook.

Contacts in the address book can be saved to the SIM card individually. You cannot import data from the address book to the SIM card.
To import a single contact, complete the following steps:

Scroll to desired contact, press Options
Scroll to and select Edit
Edit the desired fields, press Save

If you have an unblocked iphone and have put your old sim card in, then your iphone won't read the sim. All phone numbers are stored on the iphone not your sim.
Ive tried a few ways to read it but no success. Sorry.
