Sounds like a jet engine at full spin cycle

These things are notorious for sucking clothing under the the drum , it could cause it to be noisy spin slow and have drain problems . This is such a poor design . Try removing the drum and see if there is an article of clothing under it , mine sucked up a mans large shirt . Even if the drum seems to spin freely it still could be the problem .
