Just remove the battery by presing the button near the top at the back and slide the battery downwards. You can now access the SIM card.

Transfer numbers from sim to phone

Hello,

What you will do is, go to your contact, press to open, scroll down to settings and press, now scroll to memory in use and press.

Select the option phone and sim, but if your phone does not have both, select phone memory.

All your contact will be saved to phone memory, and you can now see names of outgoing and incoming calls on your phone.

Choosing the phone means all your contact has been saved to your phone memory.

Take care.

Check with your carrier to make sure that your 6310 is still a frequency that they carry on their towers. I believe that they are being phased out to free up bandwidth.
