Question about HP LaserJet 2100 Printer
The toner is new it is printing perfectly on another printer but it produces very faint copy on this particular machine. What do i do?
Could be a few things. I would check the transfer roller first it is the roller that sits under the toner cart. This roll should be spring loaded. Press down on each end, it should move down and come back up. If someone removed this roll the springs may be missing or out of place.
Let me know if this helps

Usually cause by dirty transfer roller, if your transfer roll look kind of white recommend replace it. Make sure you are using a HP toner cartridge also.
