Usually it means you have an air leak in your ice door flapper.
you will need a new ice dispenser door.

Not a whole lot you can do but to keep the frost down.
If you are able to move the items in the freezer to another freezer and let it sit overnight, all your problems will melt away....

Ice maker dispenser and frost

outside moister cause making frost, probably you can not do it youself,if you know , do it.

Frost on ice maker

look at the chute where the ice comes out the door and see if the door in there is sticking open and leaking air in some times it helps to hold a flashlight on the out side aimed up the chute while lookin down on the inside
