Question about Ricoh Aficio 450 Copier
My photocopier mechine Aficio 551 show the error code SC124 and the suggestion to turn the copier off and on. I did it and I read the message on the display "copying will start after warm up" , but it never start. When I turn off the main switch, and on again, I read the error code sc124 again. Is there any suggestion;
No encoder signal from the scanner motor
• Scanner motor connector defective
• Scanner motor defective
• MCU defective
• Scanner wire, timing belt, pulley out of position
• PSU defective
The screws of the pulley usually are cut that moves the scanner this causes that the car is crossed and that the sensor does not detect the home position. check and corect this defect.
