I have the same problem, after opening up several times and cleaning out the fan it still continues to do it.
On the last opening of the laptop i noticed the heatsink for the nvidia graphics chip floats approx 5 mm above the chip (very bad design) and to save money they have just stuck a thick heat transfer pad in the gap which is not transferring the heat from the chip to the heatsink. This is a very bad design and I am searching a way of bridging this gap in a way that will disperse the heat from the chip.

You can get a really Good Flowchart at: www.powerjackrepair.com I found this very useful to diagnose all sorts of laptop issues. In Your case the CPU Fan needs looking at: Heatsinc and Fans cleaned and re-paste CPU, re-pad or paste GPU
