Question about Vantec 1 Bay NexStar 3 USB 2.0 External Drive Case
When i connect the external hard disk to the computer i can see its icon on the hard disk, but i can't show any data and give me " H: is not accessible.
when i make right clik to see its properties, it give me "used space 0 bytes and "free space" 0 bytes.
Thank you in avance for your help,
If Drive is not accessible, before taking any step keep it in the freezer for 2 hours and check if it is accessible. If so, quickly transfer the data to HDD. If this happens, you drive is no more usable. This may solve your problem.

Are you sure the disk is formatted?
If not, then partition and format it. If it is, the MBR (master boot record) could be corrupt.
Have a look at external hard disk troubleshooting.
