Hi, 1. PUK code is a code which is known only to your SIM card provider. 2. Call to your network customer care from any other mobile and request them to give you the PUK code. 3. Enter the PUK code received from customer care into your mobile to reset the pin code also. 4. But please note that if your try entering the PUK code wrongly more than 10 times, then your SIM card may get blocked and the only way is to get the duplicate SIM card and your existing SIM card is not usable any more. so don't try to input wrong PUK codes many times.
I hope this is useful to you Please rate the solution Thanks
If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim. Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no. Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you. There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give it nobody else in this world nor any software.
PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUk if PIN is blocked...
if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM
NOTE: You should ask your service provider..
Your SIM Card is most likely blocked. When u type an incorrect pin 3 times, your pin is blocked. You then have 3 chances to type your SIM card's Pin unblocking code (PUK). If you type an incorrect PUK, your SIM card will be blocked and you will need to call your service provider.
if you enter the wrong pin code for 3 times then your sim card will get blocked and it will ask for the PUK code ...
to get the PUK code just follow the steps below...
1. call to your network provider s customer care ... 2. tell them your pin code got blocked and you want the PUK code 3. if they any of your sim details like sim owner s name answer it .. 4. note down the PUK code provided by them 5. just insert the PUK code which you have noted down ..
note : if you enter the wrong puk code for 3 or 10 times your sim will get fully blocked then after there will be only one solution that is to take the duplicate sim card or to contact network provider s shoppe ... so beaware of this ..
