Clutch motor stoped in the tub locked position ,but with clutch motor removed tub spins free and clutch assembly moves freely ,just like theres no power to turn motor .Im looking maybe at PSB board or MICOM.
SOURCE: Washer's tub will not move
I don't know what the E5E error code refers to but I can think of at least one possible reason for no motor action, even if motor itself is ok and board has been replaced. The relay itself could be faulty with no power from the output side, even if it clicks on. Less likely but still possible would be a faulty overload protector at the motor.

Don't have much experience on Frigidaire. Is the motor a brush type, capacitor type or one of those new DC types? If it's got brushes and they are ok, then I would say your armature is up the creek. If it's a capacitor type (unlikely) then the capacitor is most likely duff. If it's the new DC type it could be a lot of things, most likely the module which breaksdown and passes an AC component in the motor supply which make the motor tremble but not rotate

This is commonly caused by a broken motor coupling. If the washer fills and drains, but will not agitate or spin, the motor coupling is likely the cause. The coupling takes the place of a drive belt and couples the drive motor to the gearcase (transmission). This configuration is known as "direct-drive". The coupling can wear out due to normal wear and tear and easy to replace. The following link explains how:

This is a very inexpensive repair and its not difficult if you follow the steps provided. The newer replacement couplers are more resilient and resist breaking much better. The part number is included in the link I provided. You can purchase a replacement at appliancepartspros.com for about $11. If you do not wish to order on line, take the part number and go to your nearest appliance parts retailer. This is a very common part that they should carry in their in-store inventory.
If you have any questions about this repair, or if you need additional assistance, plese let me know. I hope you fin dthis information helpful.

First, see the Sears parts site for your washer.

It's likely that the brake (which stops the tub) is engaged when the clutch / transmission is removed.
A tab on the brake is engaged by the clutch spring.
If you are going to pull the transmission in order to get to the clutch (Sears has a clutch rebuild kit instead of having to buy the complete clutch assembly), I'd pull the brake and drive tube assembly also to check the brake and springs.
Following is an illustrated set of instructions on how to pull the pump, motor, transmission and brake assembly.

In order to get the agitators out, you need to remove the "Spanner Nut" and "Drive Block".
Many instructions call for a special spanner wrench to remove the nut. However,
You don't need a special spanner wrench. (About $20 retail)
I've used a short 10" pipe wrench (About $9 also good for cracking walnuts) hooked around one of the tabs on the spanner nut and tapped the handle with a hammer to loosen it.
Also, don't directly hit the drive block with a hammer (it's soft metal). Put a short piece of wood under the drive block and tap it up with a hammer.
