Question about HTC G1
Chances are you'll have to buy a new one but there a couple of things you can do to avoid that.
1st make sure you do NOT plug the phone in. That's the quickest way to kill it for sure.
2nd remove the battery, SIM card and memory card then place phone in a bowl of uncooked white rice up to 24 hours. (I've never tried this myself but have been told it works pretty well)
Last is to put it back together and give it a try. If it's still not working, it's time to buy an new one.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
