Question about Zebra P330i Thermal Card Printer
Hi, I have a Zebra P430i, whic will print the test card fine. However, when printing a windows test page, it will display Downloading Data, followed by "Ribbon broken" or "out of Ribbon".
Ribbon cut again and again after put 2 or 3 cards pls give instruction how to solve the problem.

Your printer might not be properly communicating with the computer, please re-install your printer driver to the latest version. The printers ribbon settings are not communicating with your computer. Go to the ribbon properties and verify that the printer has the correct ribbon setting. If the setting displays "unknown ribbon" that means the printer is not properly communicating with the computer. Reinstall the latest driver for the printer.
