The answer depends on why these files are missing.
Can you boot the computer at all or into safe mode?
If so you could run the "System Restore Wizard" and restore your system to a point before this problem happened. You can find the system restore wizard in the windows help.
This should fix the problem if has been caused by a virus or an accidental file deletion but if your disk had bad blocks or something then it might need replacing.
If this does not solve the problem tell us more about the exact error message and when it occurs.
it would be easy...i think you can do that alone..if file missing only...try to repair your windows....first, what operating sytem do you have? XP or vista?....i hope you have the oroginal cd for that...if you have, then no problem.....lets start....
1.go in bios setup..change the setting into the CDrom boot.
2.insert the OS disk and save the setting in the bios and amke restart.
3.you can boot now into the OS cd and press any key to continue..and you will install now the windows....
1.Make sure the hard drive is installed correct and the bios found it. 2.In bios you have to put the cd/dvd as first boot and the hdd at second. 3.Load the original windows xp disk and restart saving changes in bios. 4.When prompt to pres any key do so. 5.Continue setup as new install. (if a miss one excuse as im thinking the step) a.Enter continue b.F8 I agree c.d delete d.enter sure e.L delete f. C create partition g.Enter create h.Enter Install I.NTFS Quick Enter

You have to put the file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\spool\drivers\color\spyder2express.icm into display properties (click right on the desktop, select "properties", parametres, click on button "advanced" and tab "color profiles").
I use a french OS, so words may be different.
