When the battery is low or insufficient the message " Change the battery pack" displays.
You can then insert a fully charged battery into the camera or use the AC adapter Kit to charge the battery.
On long trips, it is recommended to keep an additional fully chaged battery along with you so that you are not caught without any charge!!

    Dear Prasad,

There is no battery display. Your question does not exactly specify what exactly are you are looking for!!

If you are looking for a battery meter or something like in a mobile or a video camera, then its not there....

Unless of couse you find it ....If you find one, then please let me also know also. Thanks

My canaon camera len is not going in it is showing error and asking for restart please solve my problem it is ixus 900ti and it not fallen down

Lens errors are fairly common. Usually sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism is usually the culprit. A single grain of sand can do it. Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try that may (or may not) correct it. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth that try. Some of the later steps do involve some risk to the camera, so carefully weigh your options before deciding to conduct them:

Sorry, but no one in this forum is going to be able to say "press this sequence of buttons and your expensive repair job will be done by magic".

If the bill is too high, your best option is to buy a new camera. There are several good reasons to do this even if it costs more than the repair- you should get a years warranty with a new camera (at least) and it should start out fault free. A repaired camera will be second hand at best, probably have no warranty (even on the repair) and could easily go wrong again. And it will be an older model. New digital cameras are better and cheaper than they have ever been. Dump this problem and forget it. Go problem free into the future.

There is no battery decline indicator, but when the battery is about to finish, the check battery sign come on. S ohave suggested to carry additional battery so that you donot loose that oppurtunity to click photograph.

Battery display on canon ixus 75

Its same for everyone. You can only see the battery when its about to run out. IN that case a red flashing icon appears on the upper right corner of the screen otherwise there is no indicator for ixus 75.

Downloading images

I don't have this model of Camera, but I think you should be using the same Canon software. Try going to your PC, go to Programs and going to the Canon Utilities folder. You will see a CAMERA WINDOW folder that has another CAMERA WINDOW folder that has a CAMERA WINDOW application. This should allow you to set the way you can download images to your PC. You can tell it to have your camera have the download options and have new images downloaded by date.

Well, the first obvious thing is to get it repaired under warranty. But if that's not an option, here are some simple things to try for a camera that won't power on. They won't work for every case, but they're worth a try: http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2007/11/simple-fix-for-dead-cameras-that-wont.html
