Yamaha Powered Subwoofer YST-SW105 Stopped Working

The green light comes on, relays click, but no sound. I got 32 volts per side on the transformer, and the speaker itself works fine when I hook up to it directly, but no sound when the speaker is properly connected to the stereo. Any suggestions, or is it not worth fixing. They are about $150 new.

Sound is not loud

most yamahas have a setting to lower main speaker volume 10 db, accessed by the remote, or front panel controls in the settings.this is a very small sub, only a 6.5 inch driver and 100w.
sub placement in regard to the seating position is very important in order to get good bass response.

How do I connect the YST-SW45 sub to a different system

It's a standard non-proprietary standalone self-powered sub that accepts any input one could want. Your unnamed electronics will be the determining factor. Manuals spell it all out.

No sound from my Yamaha YST-SW315 subwoofer. When I run the test speakers don't have sound either. Not sure if its the subwoofer or the Yamaha RX-V450 receiver

Feed it with an RCA cable any other audio device you may have (CD, TV, MP3 player, PC) to prove it can or can not woof. It will respond to any audio, not just LFE or subwoofer audio.

I have new computer. My Yamaha speakers Model YST-M7 are older. There is power to the speakers but no sound is coming out. Not sure which hole to plug them into. My choices are: rear l/r surround...

Use the "line-out" connector (usually it's light green in color), and if there is an audio control panel application, make sure the sound circuitry is set for "two-channel" or regular stereo speaker operation. It can be confusing on newer computers which have surround-sound capability built in. Depending on how you set up the sound, the jacks can have different functions. But the line-out jack is what you'll use with basic speakers such as yours.

Yamaha YST-SW320 subwoofer won't play sound

I too have amplifier and speakers thatI rent for parties, and sometimes when I connect them they don't work and I battle with them for hours before I find the out that its just a little thing that happened, like speaker wire might have cut inside, or the wire conneted for the CD to Amplifier is bad and son on.

But I will advice that you test your amplifier and woofer, with another equipment independently to be sure if they still working well or not. As this will help you to know what to do next.

May somthing happened to one of them the last time you used it and you did not notice, and it might just need some servicing.

Best wishes
