I have a Kenmore Top Load Washing Machine model #110.91566200 and all of my clothes are coming out with lint and hair on them. One of my friends told me I should clean under the agitator but I can't get it off. Can anyone help?

It is likely that a tissue or paper product was included with the wash load. The series 70 does not have a lint trap. At the hose connection to the house drain lint has been known to build up restricting the emptying. This buildup would not introduce lint into the washer.
If the water temperature is very very cold and you use powder detergent it will not dissolve completely into the water and will leave a white residue on the fabrics.
Try running a short load in the washer allowing for ample water to rinse out the machine before the next wash load.
There is no trap per say. The lint catcher is self cleaning when the water is pumped out. It sounds like you are overloading it and the clothes are hitting the agitator. Operation should be agitation by water movement not beat by the plastic fins, run a wash cycle hot water no clothes to flush things out and try smaller loads. Eric
No there isn`t a lot you can do about this unfortunately. A simple shaking of your clothes may eliminate any surface hair. And if desired, for certain hair attracted items I would even runs a vacuum or a lint brush over the hairiest items. If you didn`t get the hair back on your clothes after the wash it would most deffinelty restrict or stop your pump.hope this helps.
is the clothes coming out of the washer with lint on them or after they come out of the dryer ,,,, the washer doesn't take all the lent off ... the dryer does so i would make sure the vent duct is open all the way out of your house and the dryer filter is clean.
try washing on a shorter time as this washer may have too good of wash action and the lint is fabric coming off your clothing
add more soap powder and do not buy the cheapest soap as the soap is important in the washing cycle of your machine
towels that are not too soiled brobably need 6 minutes at most on wash
if this machine has a delicate wash cycle use that for tee shirts etc
water pressure is important in rinse cycles
do you have high pressure and water only trickles in check water inlets on back of machine where the hoses screw on
The lint filter should be in the agitator. Pull the softener dispenser off the top of the agitator and check for a filter. You might even find that the agitator shaft is very dirty. Put through a warm wash with a solution of 1 cup vinegar to one cup bicarbonate of soda and let it go through complete wash. This should solve the problem.
