Question about KitchenAid Food Mixers
Hi possum. Go to the Kitchenaid website and look for your model #. There you can download info on your mixer. You may not find info for attachments though. If in doubt as to what speed to select for any particular attachment, always start at the lowest speed setting, then increase the speed until you can hear the mixer begin to struggle.
