What is their voltage, hertz? American made products are 110 volts 60 hertz/cycles. If voltage their is different, you may be able to find a converter......Just don't go plugging it in until you have all the information at hand. If I can help further, I am here....Eric Campion

I think I would email someone you know in that country and see what they do in the instance. Once you know this, you can check pricing and perhaps purchase the needed items prior to shipping the unit and put the converter inisde. I am really not that familiar with other country voltages......The net has lots of solutions. Good Luck, Eric

If Kenmore and direct drive with no belt
then motor coupling needs to be replaced

The coupling is what is inbetween the motor and the transmission. It consists of 2 plastic pcs and a middle rubber. The purpose of the coupling is to not only interconnect the motor to the transmission therefore eliminating the BELT BUT if the washer is OVERLOADED, this inexpecnsive coupling breaks before other damage to motor or transmiossion occur.

The water want drain so the spin cycle can start

You either have a bad pump or one direction of your motor is bad. Kenmore washers are direct drive machines. The motor turns one way to wash and the other to pump and spin. The pump is east to replace after you remove the case. If you would like to remove it so that you can find what is wrong, reply back and I'll walk you through it.

It sounds like your timer motor may have died. Pull the knobs off the controls and remove the screws in the control panel to get to the motor. The motor is usually pretty expensive, so you might want to consider buying a new washer over replacing the timer motor.

check freezer for frost build up and if fan blowing, check condenser make sure clean, and fan blowing, check vents in refrig. make sure no blockage, freezer control should be in the middle setting, you can try turning that to Warmer freezer allowing MORE air to refrigertor side.

Might be a broken motor or a blown fuse. I would suggest having your machine looked at by a specialist. If it's old, you might consider replacing it.
