LG r700 green keys wont turn off when using shift key in outlook

if u dont have not installed any new software recently then i suggest to u restore the system on last date.
by go through ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
start > all programs>accessories>system tool>
restore
u will get ur by default setting of keyboard

I was having the same problem - it was just driving me bananas. I figured it was a keyboard language, but when I checked my default it was still English (Canada) - US. I Tried the keys to switch between languages, I turned on and off the hot keys for input languages - all to no avail. FINALLY - I added a floating language bar to my desktop, and what do you think it was set at? That's right - bloody "Canadian French." I simply switched it back to "US" and problem solved. Now I just have to remember that for next time. . . . .
