Can you adjust belt tension on the pressure washer?
Sounds like the belts may be tensioned too tight. If you can release the tension a little you should find they last longer. Of course, they should not be tensioned so loose that they slip.

You have to find the bypass valve and lube it with water proof grease and be sure the o-rings are in good shape

Weak pressure

seals may be worn although a high speed pump is not normally recommended for siphoning due to pump rotating at an rpm as fast as the motor belt drive gear drive or slower rpm pumps will siphon much better.

My Excell Pressure Washer XR 2750 won't start. I believe it's a timing problem. How can I solve this problem?

You'll need to know who manufactured the motor (Honda, Briggs & Stratton, etc) along with the model and serial number. With that information, you can do an online search for small engine repair manuals and retrieve the specs for you particular motor.
You can even call your local outdoor power equipment repair shop, they'll provide you answers to your questions.

How to bypass the ac with a shoter belt on a 2002 Honda CRV

As long as the air conditioning compressor is off, the pulley on it is free wheeling and will not put any drag on your motor. You can even disconnect the power line at the compressor to make sure it isn't turned on. This will preclude you having to worry about the belt clearing any parts it may rub on if you try to simply not run the belt around the compressor pulley. If the pulley won't free wheel you will have to fabricate a pulley and bracket to approximate the belt route as it runs so the other driven parts are run properly.

The main reasons of this are:Volume Improperly Adjusted

Outlet Restriction
Clogged Nozzle
Restriction in the High Pressure Hose
Debris in the System
Cavitation

Pump Lubrication

I believe the standard for pressure washer pumps is 30 weight non- detergent pump oil. Do not use motor oil. Also don't forget to winterize the pump if you live in the snow belt. Use RV antifreeze.

Have a 11hp power washer pump not sucking water, how do i fix ?

Hey there...

Is the washer a direct drive or belt drive unit? If it is a direct drive ( the pump bolts directly to the engine) then the pump needs to be force fed the water, either by city pressure or a transfer pump. If it is belt driven, the lower rpm's should pull water, so more detail would be needed...

NO PRESSURE

check the coupling or the belt between the engine and pump. unsure which this washer uses. the pump may also have failed, usually it is the coupling or belt broken or slipping

It sounds like your intake is plugged with debris. What usually happens is a water hose that has been laying around will get various stuff in it -- dirt, grass clippings, small insects (and whatever they take into it nest building). These days most homeowner pressure washers do not have a proper inlet filter, but just a screened hose washer like on a washing machine. The unloader valve can cause pressure variance, but usually not in the manner that you described. The pump is being "starved" for input water. Just use a pair of needle-nose pliers and pull out the screen and clean it or replace it.
