I pushed Cancel button after machine just started by accident and the remainig time keeps flashing on a on, I pressed the star button again but it won't work. Please advice.

push and hold the cancel button in untill it starts to drain let it finnish draining and stop them it will start again let me know how you get on

Unplug the machine for at least half an hour to eliminate the possibility of an electronic glitch. Then upon plugging in back, close the door then push CONTROL/ON (if present on this model). Select the DRAIN/SPIN cycle then select NO SPIN by pressing the SPIN SPEED button. Push PREWASH OPTION four times within five seconds. If PREWASH OPTION is not present on this model, press EXTRA RINSE four times within five seconds. C:00 will light up on the display. If the Starting procedure fails, push the PAUSE/CANCEL button then repeat the starting procedure.

In order to advance to the next step of the test procedure, push PREWASH OPTION button two times. If PREWASH OPTION is not present on this model, press EXTRA RINSE two times. The test program goes from C:00 to C:08 and should flash an error code when a problem is present. Post the code back for further troubleshooting, including the exact model number of the machine.

your drain pump is clogged,So the first thing you need to do is,Push the start button again you well hear the machine come on you well hear the pump its trying to drain after about 30 seconds,It well shut off,so push button again watch the machine when the water goes down a certain level.The clothes well start to spin. Now after they get done spinning,push the cancel button.you should be able to hear the door unlock,remove the clothes.Now put Draino Max gel or Rooto-Routor gel in tub of machine and let it set for about 1-2hrs.Now star cycle on heavy-duty wash hot water,it may take a couple of times but it well clean your machine don't mix any othe soaps or bleach during this time. then rinse machine out again to get rid of gel.see if this work for you,are machine does the same thing,its because of dog or cat hair,or something was in a pocket like tissue,or strings from clothes.thanks

Flashing Clean Light

If there is a Cancel/Drain button press it to cancel all cycles and reset. Otherwise try pressing and holding the ON/RESET button for 15 seconds.

Hard Reset - In some cases the control can be non-functioning or may not accept activation from the control panel. To clear and restart the control follow the these steps:

* Unplug or turn the circuit breaker off for 30 seconds.
* Reconnect the unit to the power source by turning the breaker back on or plugging the unit back into the wall outlet.
* Press the Pause/Cancel/Stop button twice to clear the "PF" in the display.
* Start a short cycle to check the operation of the machine by selecting a cycle and pressing and holding the start button until the machine starts.

sounds like central control unit problem, you can check for diagnostic mode operation by setting (door closed) drain/spin, no spin, pressing prewash 4 times in 5 secs pressing prewash again will advance through diagnostic cycle. replacing user interface may also be necessary

Turn power button off (not at wall)
Select 90 degree wash
Press Start and Cancel button down at same time for 3 seconds and turn power button on whilst still holding buttons down - Start light will flash.
Leave power on.
Select any Spin position.
Press Start and Cancel button at same time again for 3 seconds - other buttons may start to flash - if they do, press Start and Cancel button together again for 3 seconds.
Machine should be re-set ready for use.

go into service mode and reset

to do this move to delicates turn on dryer and keep
pressed down cancel button for about ten seconds release
then all lights should flash when you press cancel again machine will go through test mode , then just turn machine off
it is now reset, this worked for min a drcs68w

If you by accident press the start button and the cancel button at the same time it puts the washer into demo mode.To switch it off press both buttons at the same time and hold until dEND is displayed. Sometimes you have to keep trying but it will work, it did with mine ok.
