How do I connect a soundbar to my polaroid tv it only has a headphone out .the sound isn't very good

The coax out is a digital sound output. You can not use that on your soundbar. The sub out is for hooking the tv to a subwoofer (bass only). You gonna have to use the Headphones output, buy a good 3.5mm to rca cable preferably one with a built-in noise filter so it can attenuate the "hum". Also try lower the volume on the TV so you can have less distortion. That's all!

How do I get my headphones to work with my Panasonic smart tv and LG soundbar?

Let me see if I can understand what you want to accomplish.
You have a Panasonic Smart TV, and an LG soundbar. But you want to use a set of headphone. I guess that your TV is already connected to the soundbar, no?
The first thing that you need to check is for an output, it must be from the sounbar, it could be a 3.5mm jack, or an RCA jack. Usually soundbars only have input, meaning that only takes the sound in, never out. If you have an audio output from the TV, you c an always try, but the soundbar won't be use then.

First check whether the head phone is working fine or not.. check it with some other instrument. then connect it to the AV out port (should be in the audio port), and for some tv models you will get option in the menu for audio out, and for some other model there wil be a botton on the tv for audio out.. check these and hope this wil help you

I cant connect my audiovox infrared headphones to my tv or laptop

Hi, Infrared means there should be a transmitter ( a base unit ) to send music and audio to the headphones. This is connected through the line output or headphone jack of the t.v. or laptop. If you do not have this you will not be able to get them to work, sorry. I hope this helps and good luck, plus thanks for asking FixYa. Prodzilla.

I connect my Beyerdynamic DT131 wired headphone to my Sony Bravia TV through the cable box, audio volume is extremely low and the headphone's volume control had no effect on the volume. I tried connecting...

Hi,

The audiolevel is much to low for a headphone.
You really need to use a headphoneoutput ( if its there) or a headphoneamplifier.
You tried to connect your headphone on line-level outputs.

Headphones

Most TV's do not have a "headphone" jack (defined as a 3.5mm headphone jack). You might need to connect the tv's audio out RCA jacks (the red and white ones) to a converter cable similar to one found here. However, some tv's don't have an audio out. Reply back with your tv's model number, and maybe I can give further assistance.
