Hi, it's Allie from Crucial Vacuum!
There are a few potential solutions you should try. Start by checking your unit's roller and clear it of any tangled hair strands or debris that my be blocking the airway. Follow by checking your unit's internal airway for any blockages.
If the unit's suction is still not normal, the problem could be related to your filter. Filters should be washed frequently after every 1 or 2 uses or at least once a month, and replaced every 3 to 6 months for optimal performance.
Check your unit's exhaust HEPA filter and replace if needed.
You can purchase direct your replacement filter and bags from Crucial Vacuum with free shipping and an exclusive 10% coupon for Fixya.com readers, use code: FIXYA10
