Hello. Begin by removing the battery from the black berry for 5 minutes. This will reset your black berry to factory settings and may well solve your problem. If it does not, you will have to take your blackberry into a phone store. Joe
In this case you need to follow certain trouble shooting step's:- 1) Go to Option's. 2) Select mobile network. 3) Then press menu key. 4) Select Diagnostics test. 5) Then press menu key again. 6) Select Run. You will get Radio data activation. I hope I was able to help you.
