There is no option to turn off call barring and to turn my radio on. I bought a used unlocked 7290 for an upcoming trip to Spain. I can text ok. What do I do?

Hello. Begin by removing the battery from the black berry for 5 minutes. This will reset your black berry to factory settings and may well solve your problem. If it does not, you will have to take your blackberry into a phone store. Joe

Have you rebooted it? If so, and it didn't work, have you reset it completely? Are you running the most recent software on it from RIM? There could be a few issues here.
