Phone fell and the screen is black

i was in the bathroom and my phone fell. when i got home i tried 2 fix it but no ther keys light up but the screen is black.

help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The water damaged shorted out your lcd screen.
You need to replace the w810i LCD screen. This should then take care of the problem. A new LCD screen runs about 30 dollars from Ebay.

You can download a new firmware for phone for free. just goto sony ericsson website.

here's the link: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/w810i?cc=ph&lc=en

first click read more and download- follow the instruction here to update your phone.

note: Full charge your phone battery before doing the firmware update.
