When i turn on my pc, there is beeping noise none stop, my screen show NO SIGNAL. Is this due to graphics card damaged.

This could be many things, graphics card, memory, etc. Try opening the case and checking to make sure everything is seated in its respective slot, including the processor, then turn the computer on and make sure the processor fan is running also.

Also, does this computer also have onboard video? Get back to me and let me know.

Ok i received my new pc yesterday and installed windows vista etc, it was working great. This morning i woke up and turned my computer on and i heard 3 short beeps which were continuous and never stopped,...

3-3 is either video card or memory related.  Try to reseat your video card and see if that helps.  If nothing still, try to reseat the RAM.  If that doesn't work, try another video card.  If that doesn't work, try different memory.  If all that doesn't work, let me know and I will see what else I can do to help you out.  But from my experience, it is almost always RAM related.

Beaping Sounds When turning PC on

Hello,
These beeps sound exactly like that of the RAM. If you are not too skeptical about going inside your PC, you can simply remove the RAM and reseat it back firmly. Sometimes this happens that the memory loses good connectivity and would just need a reseat.

Thanks,
Lolita

No Signal

just out of curiosity confirm that the power switch is set to 115/120 and not 230/240 (assuming you are the states)
Try These please
1- if the motherboard has a built in video card, plug the monitor unto that to test .
2- remove the video card from its slot then reseat it, then power on system
3- remove the memory and reseat, then piower on system

No signal in PCIe slot 1 With new graphics card

Have you checked how the BIOS is setup to recognize the added video card? You may have to change a setting in there. It could be that it thinks the old card is still there or you may need to uninstall the old cards drivers and then install the new cards drivers after reboot.

Computer beeps 3 time when turned on.

normally 3 beeps (might be one long and two short) means it's the video card, try another slot if possible.

If no other slot is available, then clean the contacts off the graphics card with a #2 pencil eraser, taking care not to touch the contacts afterward, and then re-insert the card.

if still nothing, try another video card.
