SOURCE: How do I change the voice mail prompts to forward to cell phone.

I also cannot locate the "Business Telephone System User Manual" and the link provided by cnavarro no longer appears to work. I am trying to find a detailed instruction manual on the KX-T7630. Most urgently I need to know how to divert a call from one phone if it is not answered after a certain amount of rings, to another phone.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

SOURCE: I have electronic key telephone

Good luck. The 6510-S is usually a Toshiba Speakerphone tied to a Strada-VI KSU (the tan flatpack box in the back room).

It's programmed from the first extension and requires a manual.

Here's the deal. A link. http://www.wedophones.com/Manuals/Toshiba/Strata%20VIe%20Manual.pdf

If you don't give me 4 stars on the rating, I'll never answer another Toshiba question again. If you're intelligent enough, you ought to be able to back out the link and find the proper Toshiba manual to program your system.

The EKT sets date back to the early '90s. The old DK-xx systems did not have External Call Transfer. The best you could do is a trunk-to-trunk conference, then exit the conference.

Can I transfer the incoming calls to a different number

The best way is to use the Flash button. You will have to have Call Transfer on each phone line you have with your phone company to do this.

So when you have a caller tell them you will transfer them, press the Flash button and you should hear a new dial tone. Dial the number you are transferring to then hang up or press the Flash button again to conference the three of you.

This is better than conferencing two calls together because as soon as you hang up your line is open again. If you conference two calls two lines will be tied up for one call.

We have a Nortel T7316E & want to transfer live calls to cell

transfer (under screen when on a call) is for internal transfer. you need the external transfer feature from your phone company, then a "link" key programmed on your phone. link is also feature 71. when on a call you hit link or feature 71, then dial the cell or have speed dial buttons for them,.

Trying pressing that light and 1 key. Sounds like a night transfer key is on. This will work if you have a CTX system.

Problems with RCA 25202RE3 Corded Phone

If you want to use the conference feature built into the phone, you need to have two telephone lines. You can't conference (3-way) with a single line.

If you have a single phone line with 3-way calling service provided by your telephone service provider, follow their instructions. Normally the procedure is to call party 1, press the "flash" key on the phone to get a second dial tone, call party 2, then flash again to conference. But you need to have the service.

HOW TO ''INT'' THE ENTIRE OFFICE

This is a partial guess, because an EKT phone probably sits on a Strata. Try Intercom 60 for all internal, 68 for all internal/external if you have it, and 69 for external only. The missing numbers are 1-4 for zones.

If it happens to be a DK, try 3x instead of 6x.
