Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
Verizon offers a policy which is called the Multi-FRU or Multi CLNR (Certified like new replacement) which allows the customer to recieve a new device as opposed to a warranty replacement of the same device, this is only offered if you have recieved three replacements within a 90 day period, meaning you have had a total of four phones 3 replacements and your original. Normally they will only let you have a comprable device if the original is out of stock (Legally this is all they are required to do) but of course sometimes you will get a nice rep who really wants to help and will make a judgement call for you and do it anyways, but on the other hand I have seen more people get it by a continuation to complain to a supervisor, good luck and I hoped this helped!!!
