The bluetooth module is normally intergrated with the WIFI. If you open the memory compartment underneath you will see a seperate card which will have 2 wires connected to it black and white..

thats the WIFI chip with the integrated BT.. you'll have to replace that.

Is your WIFI working btw?

Bluetooth enable

I suggest you go on line using a Driver location software solution like DriverSoft. The program will scan your computer for necessary drivers and locate one that works with your computer. These programs will find the drivers for you and install them accordingly.

Does Acer E1-571 have bluetooth

ASPIRE E1-571
Press "Fn+F3" to enable the bluetooth.
Install a Bluetooth Device in an Acer Laptop
Installing Bluetooth on an Acer laptop can really broaden the capabilities, making it easier for you to get your laptop online and network with other electronic devices.
This networking tool adds to the perks of simplicity that laptops contribute to our everyday life.
This installation is rather simple because it only requires downloading the driver specified for your Acer computer.
The driver is the software that installs the Bluetooth device to your laptop.
To install the Bluetooth device on your laptop, you simply add the device's software to your laptop.

Open your Internet browser.
In the address bar located at the top of the browser, type "support.acer.com" to go directly to the Acer software site to locate the application software compatible to your laptop model.
You will be prompted to enter your country on the map picture displayed on the screen.
Click on your country, which should be listed as a link.
Click "Drivers and Downloads" located in the left pane of the screen.
The driver is the application's software that enables its functional capabilities on your operating system.
You must download the device's driver to install the function and apply it to your hard drive.
On the Drivers and Downloads page, select "Notebooks" in the first drop-down box. A list of laptop model names will appear.
Choose your Acer laptop's model name and click "Search."
The next page displays the generated results of drivers and software downloads that are compatible with your laptop.
Scroll through the list and click on the Bluetooth function download.
It should be called "Bluetooth Driver and Application."
Read the operating system listed under each version to ensure that you apply the right one to your system.
Click "Download File" listed under the operating system to begin the installation.
Your computer's file download screen will appear.
Click the "Save" option to begin the download.
Save the file in the default folder your operating system provides. When the download is complete, go to the file's location.
Right-click on the file to display the additional options for the file. Scroll down the menu and click "Extract All."
The extraction will reveal the setup application link and icon. Click the icon to begin the initial downloading process.
The download will begin, and once it is complete, another screen will appear.
Click "OK," and another screen will automatically appear.
It will prompt you to read and agree to the terms the license agreement.
Click "I Agree" to continue.
The last portion of your download will appear in the InstallShield Wizard.
The InstallShield Wizard will inform you that the download has completed successfully.
Click "Finish" to close the installation application.

I have installed windows 7 in lenovo 3000 series Y 410 7757-92Q laptop but my blue tooth is not working . i want driver for that which is Compatible.

Hi shaunak198.

I have checked all the information online.

According to the information online, the Bluetooth Driver for the Windows 7 Operating System has not been released.

However, let me provide you the alternate options to resolve the issue.

1) You may first download the Windows Vista Bluetooth Driver from the below link:

http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/l2bth01us24.exe

2) Then, download the Universal Extractor Application from the below link:

http://www.filehippo.com/download_universal_extractor/download/1b5e29e6ef4b7345359a86bed150d4fd/

3) Once you have downloaded the Universal Extractor Application, please install it by following the on-screen instructions.

4) Once the Application is installed successfully, please locate the Downloaded Bluetooth Driver.

5) Right-click on the downloaded Driver and select the "Uni-extract Files" option.

6) Then, press "OK".

7) This will extract the files inside the .exe Installer.

8) Once the extract is complete, please look for another Setup(.exe) file inside the extracted folder.

9) Double-click on the Setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the Driver.

10) As we have extracted the Files before installing, the Bluetooth Driver should be installed successfully.

Please follow the steps which I have mentioned above.

This should resolve the issue.

Hope this helps.

Please feel free to ask further questions.

IBM ThinkPad T43 Bluetooth not working

Try Downloading, Extracting and intsalling these Bluetooth Drivers:

http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-58617

Once downloaded and run, it will either extract and then run a setup, OR simply extract. If the file just extracts, the files will be located in C:\DRIVERS\WIN\Something...

Navigate there and run Setup.exe

Bluetooth module on Acer Travelmate 4002 WLCi

Hey Enrico, Check out this thread about installing the module into the exact same laptop: http://www.notebookforums.com/thread185110.html
This particular post (found down the page on page 2 of the thread) reveals that someone has succesfully installed it without the need for drivers: http://www.notebookforums.com/post2555643-3.html
Follow that thread and check that you have installed the module in the correct location as described in a couple of the messages in the thread.
