no matter what is hooked up to any of the inputs, the graphics on screen are blocky. Part of the blocky graphics look like frozen snow like you would get on the old tvs when there was not signal and some of the blocky graphics look like green and red blocks. Its all over the screen. You can barely make out any graphics. Does anybody know which board could be the problem?
