Question about Lexmark W840 Printer
The jam is cleared, completely, but the message will not go away. Could it be a jam sensor issue? If so, how do you fix it?
Try reset .
Unplug the unit from power chord for 30 minutes and plug back the power chord to the unit .
This will reset your unit .
