You do not have bad powersupplie.the problem is most likely video related or just as simple as,taking out the batterie and removing the power cord for a few seconds.count to 15 slowly.this will reset your computers bios.you may need to reset some of your settings.if you need more help just contact me.
357reaper@live.com .i usually check emails every 1-2 days.

If this dosnt work your video card may be bad.depending on what you would need i might have one.

I disagree with above solution. I had a very similar problem. I realize that this solution is very late based on the date of the first post. What I discovered was the +5vSB was not %v, but indeed ~ 2.97v being loaded down by the MB circuitry. To prove this was the case, I had a spare P/S from which I plugged in the ATX 20-pin & 4pin connectors. The MB started with no problems.

Don't panic. take a good light above your computer and start checking if every card and every connector is still correct inserted. Feel if nothing is lose. Even cards you did fasten with a screw, remove the screw and look and feel if the card was inserted correct. Everything you inserted in the motherboard should be checked. It could be a card you did not put in correct at the first time, but still made contact and only got lose because of some tension to shock.

I agree with you about the power supply being faulty. Unfortunately FixYa is not affiliated with Antec nor sells or service any computer components.
You need to contact the supplier who sold you the power supply or contact Antec.

P4 PC with Antec power supply won't start when cold

I haven't heard of a sensor that keeps it from starting when too cold. Usually in electronics, if it is a cold problem, there is a cold solder joint somewhere. When you apply heat, the joint solder expands enough to make contact and once electricity is flowing, the joint stays heated due to the resistance provided by the cold joint. Since the heat is applied to the power supply, I would say that the power supply is the problem again. If the power supply is still under warranty, I would exchange it or get my money back and go with a different name brand since you've experienced power supply problems with another model.

You mentioned you placed "another" PCI-E card into PCIEX16_2 slot.
You need to remove the video card from the PCIEX16_1 slot first & try the second video card in PCIEX16_1 slot. Page 2-4 in manual.
Boot the system & see if you have video. If yes than the other PCI-E video card has an issue.
Just adding a second card will not boot.
You do want to replace the video in slot 1. This way you do not need to make any changes in you're bios or add the additional power (Which is required to run both at the same time). (Kind of hard to get into the bios when there is no video display).

Luck!

Probem with Asus P5W DH waking back up

Do you have a modem plugged into phone line - is a signal on phone line causing it (unplug phone line cable to try that).
Could be faulty power switch on front of computer where the contacts are only a hairs breadth apart and the slightest movement/vibration causes it to contact (try this by disconnecting those two wires from the motherboard

I'd try disconnectng any communication cables from the computer first. That would be LAN and Modem cables. If it still restarts, disconnect the keyboard and power down the PC. If it still restarts, then power down again before it is fully off, remove the mouse. If it still does it get a priest to do an exorcism
