Question about Insignia 37" LCD Flat-Panel HDTV
This is a failure in the power supply board and maybe more. the unit should be tested by a service technician to check for the problems.The problem could be a fuse in the power supply but is probably a component failure.Insignia customer service number is 1-877-467-4289. The number for Best Buy Parts is 1-888-237-8289. If this unit is still under warranty have Best Buy service it . They might send out a mobile tech to check it out for you.Maybe they can fix it at your house If not they will take it with them for service. If not under warranty try calling a mobile tech service and see if they can troubleshoot the problem for you at a reasonable cost.If all that fails you may have to take it to a service center for service.
