Question about SanDisk Ultra II 8GB Secure Digital High Capacity Memory Card
You'll have to go to Sandisk.com to verify this, but... the problem is that some firmware versions won't recognize over a 2GB card. There may be a firmware update available. Find your product on the site using search, and then look for software updates. Don't hesitate to call techsupport (866-726-3475).... usually NOT a long wait, they speak clearly and they're polite.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Connect your media player with SanDisk memory card installed to your computer through its USB adapter.
Wait for the player's device icon to appear in the iTunes Source pane.
Drag and drop music titles from the library pane directly onto the device icon.
The music will sync onto the player's SD storage.
hope this helps
