Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Phone wont redial or dial from contacts

Hello,I this problem happen when the memory of a phone is almost full....So, first delete some useless files/data which is stored in your phone memory,make back-up all important files/data and format it by typing *#7370# enter security code 12345 or what you have made.Do not interrupt during formating.Insert fully charge battery to avoid damage before you proceed.And it will restart automatically.Now your phone's setting change to default.Good luck

Phone keeps dialing automaticall even when engaged

Hi,

This is because you might have activated the option called as AUTOMATIC REDAIL. Please put that option to OFF.

Follow the steps to reach that option
Menu--->Settings---->call setting--->automatic redial--->select OFF.

You wont face this problem again.

Thanx

When putting the phone in the clip sometimes it will redial the last number called. I don't see any buttons on the outside that would redial. I know the right button on the right top brings back the last...

The right button on the right top that brings back the last dialled number may be the culprit. Check to see if a long press on this button redials the last number. If so, then the clip is pressing it too long. Can you avoid using the clip or modify the clip so as not to press this button.
