Turntable hits bottom

then it's time for a new one, but the platter touches the underground: be smRt and replance the centre shaft, since you have an 1210mk2 and they need replacement. it's 40 euro. and you'll notice the difference after many years using an old one

Why is the right side of my Technics turntable dropping out and giving me a ground hum?

It sounds like a bad connection to the cartridge, perhaps even the cartridge itself.

Hi i have dropped my d50 and err comes up

There is a motor/gear assembly inside the camera that moves the lens in and out and covers the lens when it is retracted. When it dropped, you most likely cracked or shifted something out of place. A broken tooth does not stop function, but shudders when it hits the gap. A shifted gear, slips and similarly may cause this effect. If it doesn't open the shudder, you get no picture.

You will need to open it up and attempt to repair the mechanics that drive the lens.

My screen was hit with a doorknob and has a crack

It's cheaper to buy a whole new TV. I recently acquired a similar TV with a broken screen thinkink I could get a screen cheaper than a whole new TV. I found out different. If you find a place to get a screen cheaper than a new TV I would like to know about it.

Deck speed up to uncredible speed and wont stop

You both have issues with your drive circuits. There is no easy fix for this. You will have to take it to a repair center to have them serviced.

There are 4 main Integrated Circuits that control the speed/drive and any one or all may have gone bad. We are seeing this alot with these units now.

Wish I could be of more help.

Broken / Cracked display

Is it just the plastic cover over the display? I think that would be a little easier to find an replace than the whole display would. Garmin does stock alot of parts for their units. Unfortunatly, alot of the small electronics thats built today is disposable. The components are all small surface mount stuff packed in on very small double sided pc boards....this is very hard, timely and expensive to track a problem. For that reason alot of manufacturers do not supply parts for certain models. This MIGHT make the actual display harder to find..... but in your case its just the display cover.... the odds are good you will find one. Check at the Garmin website...they will have lists of certified repair shops with access to parts.
