The door won't pop open, you hear the click and you have to manually ply the door open

Since no model number was posted, I have to give a general answer.

It's likely that one of the door opening parts (most likely the door open button or lever) is broken.

One of the doors (on the Viking french door fridge) opens too wide (180 degrees). I want to tighten it so it only opens slightly more than 90 degrees. The other door is fine. Thanks.

Check with your Viking rep. I have the same problem and got word from Viking they are coming up with a new hinge doorstop at different angles. It will come in a form of a kit. The one I'm getting is about 100 degree opening. The problem I had was the door was hitting and adjacent electric oven from Viking. It just swung too wide.

I have a viking VGIC365-6bss I pre-heated oven to 500 degrees and now the oven door will not open.

One of the door hinges was loose. You have to lift the door by the handle to open it.
