I have a canon fax L250 i can send a fax but i can not receive a fax please help

Did anyone solve this? I live in Switzerland. Same problem all of a sudden.

Call this number (12723 12) from your fax line to ensure the fax number you are calling is the correct number. The service will repeat the number of the line you are on back to you.
Does a normal handset ring when plugged onto the fax line and called?
Is the fax machine in manual or auto-receive mode?
