I got a Pioneer cd player with 4 RCA ports an i need to find out which one is a used for a 2 channel so i can bridge my subs to my amp because i need to run two RCA cable to the amp from the cd player an i have tried everyway an it just over loads the amp everytime
Well you should have two sets, front and rear. Either of those sets can be used to go to the amp and it should work fine bridged. If your problem still exists then either you are getting a bad signal form the RCA outputs on the deck or have anouther problem somewhere in the system like in the amp or amp connections. What exactly does the amp do?

This is different on every stereo, but generally the RCA ports in the back of the stereo are labeled "Aux" or something to that extent.
First, you must purchase a headphone jack to RCA cable which can connect to both your stereo and your ipod.
Connect the cable, turn your ipod on and start playing a song. Turn the volume on the stereo to a moderate volume so you can hear when the song is being played through your stereo. Then, using the selector switch, turn the stereo from "Radio" to "Aux" or whatever it says next to the the RCA plug ins on the back.
Turn the cd changer off and then press the clock button. Time will display. Press and hold down the audio button for 4 seconds. Use the arrow keys to change time. Press and hold the audio key when finished until the time is set as required.

they are out jacks and you need to run the rcas to an amp and then run your speakers off the amp your mp3 player should work when you plug it in the front and press source aux unless the front jack is an out only
You want to run the RCA's from your cd player to the amplifier. You want to run your front speakers off the speaker wires. I believe that is what you are asking.
Do you happen to have an after-market wiring harness for that cd player? That will save you a lot of problems! You can go to walmart and get one in most cases. Just look on the back and look for the model of the vehicle you need it for.
